We worked with the team at Liverpool FC to create tailored content before, during and after each Premier League home game. Throughout the season we also carried out match-day observations, with 1:1 coaching and feedback to ensure our content landed.
We also created four Red Thread Live events at Anfield, where for the first time frontline managers could network, share and discuss ideas that would make a difference to their teams and visiting fans across the whole operation.
Anfield’s stunning new Main Stand opened at the start of the 2016/17 season and we're thrilled to partner with Liverpool FC for a second season. As the club enters an exciting new stage in its history, we’re continuing to build on the foundations of The Red Thread and the power of engaging frontline teams to deliver great fan experiences.

One of our targets for the 2015/16 season was to support an increase in match-day revenue and we helped the club smash their target with a final increase of over 20%. Liverpool were also awarded top spot in the Premier League for fan experience; a massive achievement in a season of major development.
